5 FASHION TIPS LEARNED FROM MY MUM

Happy birthday mum!! There was no post on Wednesday as I was preparing this special one today, but from next week, back to the normal schedule, Wednesday morning and Sunday afternoon!

So for today I am thanking my mum for everything she has offered and shared with me throughout the years. Mum has taught me endless things since I was little, but I decided to share with you 5 of the most important fashion lessons she gave me.

DENIM AND... DENIM

All denim! And I love it! It's my first attempt to wear my denim shirt with a pair of flared jeans and I am addicted to this combo now.

ZARA VS. MANGO

These two brands have been my all time favourites! The clothes are pretty similar, minimal, effortless and stylish. I love the shopping experience they both offer online and in store. Not only the clothes, but also the way the stores are displayed.

I am back home now for the Easter holidays and the weather is wonderful! This is the place where I did my first photoshoot a long time ago.. maybe around 4 years ago. So this location brings special memories and I was very happy to shoot here again.

Even if I normally post women's fashion on the blog, I love following menswear trends and looking in the menswear section in stores. If you make a trip to the high street shops, you will definitely see 3 major trends for menswear.

I GOT THAT RED LIP

I love Taylor Swift's song, Style. And its lyrics ("I got that red lip, classic thing that you like") have inspired me to create this outfit post. I got this red lip stain from Sephora and I absolutely adore it. Not only the colour is gorgeous, but it also lasts at least 5-6 hours without the need for reapplying.

I have never given that much importance to creams, serums or fancy moisturisers until around two months ago, when I found the Clinique Smart Custom Repair Serum. Of course, I was using a moisturiser every evening just to keep my skin hydrated, but I just bought the first one I found on promotion.

BOYFRIEND JEANS AGAIN

I feel like I haven't shot an outfit in such a long time! Hopefully this will change in the next month, as I am going back home for three weeks. Yeeey! And as I found this pair of boyfriend jeans, I couldn't wait to shoot a going out outfit with them.
